Shipping

The delivery will be done via a delivery company we select. We will basically ship the ordered product the next day of the order from you. If the stock is out, it will take us two or three days to start shipping the product. 

Returning the Product or Exchanging the Product

We do not accept any returns of product or exchanging one product for another because of the nature of our product. Under any circumstance, if the product you received was defective, please contact us within 7 days since you received the product via e-mail at masa.tama@sun.zaq.jp. We will send you the new product. Moreover, we do not accept returns at the customer's convenience because of the nature of our product.
