Chlorella emerged about 2 billion years ago on earth. Chlorella is said to contain more chlorophyll than any other green vegetables on earth. Chlorophyll in chlorella has an effect of purifying the liver and the bloodstream. Also, it can cleanse the bowel and feed the friendly flora in bowel.

In general, there are several chlorellas: chlorella pyrenoidosa, chlorella autotrophica, chlorella variabilis, chlorella vulgaris and chlorella minutissima. Among them is chlorella pyrenoidosa that is used in many quality supplements. Chlorella pyrenoidosa is the only kind the contains chlorella growth factor that is responsible for chlorella's health value.

Chlorella contains vitamins, minerals, proteins and amino acids. In total, it contains more than 60 active ingredients. In particular, vitamin C and carotenoids in chlorella have an antioxidant property that helps improve conditions related to aging.

More than half of chlorella is made of proteins. So, it is recommended for anyone who regularly exercises and want to increase lean muscles.

Chlorella can remove toxins that come into our body such as dioxins included in animal products such as meat and dairy products. We can also expect that mothers who are breast feeding the babies can benefit from chlorella because of its binding property. Moreover, chlorella is able to remove highly toxic mercury and radioactive cadmium as well as lead absorbed into our body from pollution in the air.

During W.W.II., German scientists researched a means to put an end to wartime food shortages. In this quest, they trampled upon the possibility of using chlorella. After the W.W.II. ended, Carnegie Institute in Washington D.C. started to research about chlorella from where the German scientists had left off. As a result, they succeeded in commercially producing chlorella. After the commercial production of chlorella was approved, Japan started to expand the possibility of chlorella as a business.

Chlorella is a superfood that is more nutrient dense than spinach, asparagus and broccoli.

Manufacturing Process of Chlorella

Good seed is picked from natural pyrenoidosa.

Growing the seed in flask for selecting the best of its kind.

Growing seeds to a certain extent.

Exposing pyrenoidosa to sunlight outdoors for photosynthesis.

Conducting filtration to remove impurities.

Dehydrating the purified solution and extracting only chlorella pyrenoidosa.

Washing chlorella pyrenoidosa with large quantities of water.

Dehydrating the chlorella pyrenoidosa again

Conducting heat sterilization and processes to make it digestible.

Making chlorella pyrenoidosa into powders.

Making chlorella into tablets for productization.

Conducting tests to see if there is any trace of foreign matter.
